We had major work done to our 2012 Cadillac SRX with approximately 110,000 miles. It needed replacement of lower control arms, bushings, front brake rotors, and pads & an alignment. The estimation process was very thorough with pictures of each of the problem areas showing the physical issue involved. Bishops suggested a couple of ways to reduce the cost, which I appreciated. While we could tell some work was needed we had no idea just how bad things were. The vehicle truly drives “like new”; a night and day difference. The overall experience was great and I can highly recommend bishops for mechanical work on your vehicle. I have lived in the West Chester area for a long time and the two previous auto repair shops I had trusted have gone downhill in quality. I think I’ve found my new go-to auto repair shop!

Was searching for a good shop for my Stinger. These guys/gals took care of my needs. Front/rear diff and transmission fluid changed. They were knowledgeable and friendly. And best part is my car hasn’t blown up since leaving their lot. Thanks yall.

Excellent care. They haven’t really done a lot of work on Mercedes Sprinters in the past but took to it pretty well. The service might take a little longer than you expect but I’ll take that if the work is good. The prices are fair, not like your local mechanic maybe, but it is a European vehicle and they are certified for the models they repair. The biggest pluses are: politeness, listen to you without being demeaning, follow up, transparent cost well before the repair, a thorough review of systems without charging. Our Sprinter is actually a campervan and is pretty tall. I would highly recommend this service and repair shop.

I have been taking my Mercedes to Bishop's Auto Care & European for a little over 10 months. Initially, my experiences were positive, which makes this recent situation even more disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. After picking it up, I immediately noticed a strong burning oil smell that had never been present before. I also learned that none of the fluids had been topped off because the shop claimed when they discover leaks they don't top off fluids. Concerned, I scheduled another appointment and left my vehicle with them for further inspection. After two days without any update, I called to check on the status. During that conversation, Nate informed me that they believed the issue was related to the valve cover. As I attempted to explain why I was concerned, especially since the smell began immediately after the recent service, I was repeatedly interrupted and ultimately hung up on. As a paying customer, I found that interaction completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I called back, my calls from my number went unanswered. I eventually reached someone by calling from a different number and spoke with Andrew. I explained what had happene

It was a Mercedes Benz service A. I was promised 1:30-2 hours. Since this was my first time servicing my vehicle outside Mercedes dealership, I was a little nervous about the quality of service outside the dealer. Prompt service, completed on time with no major issues. Great service while I waited for my vehicle and a place to relax with free WiFi, coffee and clean restrooms. Cost was very reasonable and much cheaper than the dealer of course. Detailed service report was provided as well. I plan to go back. Thanks for your service and communication.
